I thought this was good, but no mention that if you buy something from a store it likely has pesticides so you shouldn't use it immediately...

But to show the confusion and conflict of information, he does say Asiatic lilies are fine, but Tortoise Table (who he advises to reference) advise as do not feed/toxic. Not sure if a mistake or not. Chris does say daylily or Asiatic lily, which here comes the issue with common names vs scientific names. Typical Daylily (Hemerocallis) in the united states is not a lily at all and is okay to feed in moderation. He is holding an Asiatic (Lilium) in the video.

The Tortoise Table's science can be questionable; I would take Chris' feedback in a heartbeat. His husbandry info is excellent.

Asiatic Lily is Lilium, listed on every source I can find as toxic. I can not find a single source that says Asiatic Lily or Lilium is safe. I believe he made an error here.

You can try commenting on their video or emailing them. They do respond to comments sometimes
