Hi! Im not sure if this is normal, but there is some minor bruise-like wounds on my sulcata’s neck. It turn black-ish as you can see there are some blackish bruises on the neck. Anyone has got the same encounter for their tortoise? Thanks!

Those aren't bruises. That is just normal discoloration. It can because by lots of things. Nothing to worry about.
