You've made it through the easiest part of tortoise ownership, the baby phase, and you are firmly moving into the hardest part of owning a large tropical tortoise in a cold climate. I wish you the best of luck!

Loved it! I knew when we bought Charlie that he was going to get huge! But knowing it and experiencing it are two different things. I had no idea how much it was going to cost and how much I would worry if he decided to stay out in the cold! Trying to move a 100+ pound tortoise who doesn't want to move is very challenging!
