2024 Olympics

I used to get excited about watching the Olympics back in the day. Especially during the Cold War era. But not so much today. I watched some of the men's opening soccer game yesterday live. US vs France. France won 3 to 0. There's only about a 5 or 6 hour time difference so hopefully they will show more live action this Olympic's. We do now live in a 24 hour world so no reason to wait until prime time to show what happens hours before.

I'm going to try and watch the opening show tonight and I never have before. it's just that Paris is hyping it up. We'll see if I get bored and decide to watch a movie

I watch when I come across the sports I like. Swimming, diving, woman's uneven bars, balance beam and floor and my fave is beach volleyball. I don't purposely look for them though.

I wanted to watch the opening ceremony and blabbing on here made me late but I'm finally watching it on NBC.🙃

Macabre opening....hope they feel good inside though.

The 2 minutes of the toughest competition is what I enjoy.....the packaging & fluff is just for the moneywhores.
