When someone is selling a tort and they post "30/30 rule," what does that mean?

Where are you located? It could be some local or state rule/regulation for keeping a specific breed in captivity.

Can you contact the seller and ask what they're referring to?
Please update if you find out. I'm very curious to know.

New members are not allowed to use the Classified sections on this forum until they have made at least 30 posts or have been a member for 30 days. If a new member uses one of the classified forums before this time period they are sent a PM or an email advising them of the rule. The Subject line in the PM usually refers to the rule as the 30/30 rule. I'm assuming someone you know mentioned it to you?

This is the PM that we send:

Because we want to encourage new members to participate in our conversations, and not to just use the forum for buying/selling/etc. we have adopted a 30/30 rule. New members must have been members for 30 days or have participated in at least 30 posts before they can avail themselves of the classified threads.

Ah! I have been wondering that myself! Thanks for clearing it up! I have seen it in the classified threads a couple of times and was also wondering.
