When someone is selling a tort and they post "30/30 rule," what does that mean?

No idea. Where did you see it?
Haven't clue what that means. Never heard it before either.
Where are you located? It could be some local or state rule/regulation for keeping a specific breed in captivity.
Can you contact the seller and ask what they're referring to?

The Subject line in the PM usually refers to the rule as the 30/30 rule. I'm assuming someone you know mentioned it to you?
