A respiratory infection or something else?

So my 2 month old sulcata was on antibiotics for his respiratory infection. He no longer has a runny nose or watery eyes and is doing much better. I caught it early so he never stopped eating or being active. However I have noticed him occasionally stretching out his head and legs and bobbing it while he is resting, (no gasping or mouth opening though) He’s being doing this since I got him and I’m not sure if it’s normal or not. Is he still pretty sick and trying to breathe or is this normal hatchling behavior?

I was just concerned because he was getting better and I wasn’t sure if this was a setback or not.

Ok great I was just concerned because he was appearing so much better so I just had to make sure it wasn’t a set back. Thanks so much!
