So I soaked sky this morning she pooped in the warm water like she often does when in the water but after I took her out and put her back in her enclosure before she was fully in she pooped again but this time it was watery and smelt horrible (almost like dog poop) this is the first time she has had a bowel movement that was watery and smelt.. What might have caused this? Is this something I should be worried about. She still eats regularly and is still active. am I just over thinking this? Over worried maybe?

I personally wouldn't worry yet. If it happens again, maybe take him/her in for a stool check for parasites. If you can get your hands on a pumpkin, grind up the meat of the pumpkin, skin, and seeds into a slushy, and feed, that is good for a natural dewormer.

Thanks! I'll give it a day or two see if it happens again. If so ill bring in a fecal test and offer some pumpkin. might even just give a small amount for a snack :)
