ok so I've been looking at coconut coir and it seems to be in alot of different places especially garden centers can we use any of these brands or is there a specific cocnut coir we have to use with tortoise

I'm also wondering what brand people are using. I got mine from Black Jungle terrarium supply years ago (I think they carry something else now) but I only have 1 brick left. Zoo med only seems to make the coco fiber which is more coarse.
I only use the fine course. No stings to get stuck in their mouths. I have never seen it other then online or reptile places. As long as its free of pesticides and things, it should be fine.
