Have any of you guys fed this to your torts?

It's another ground cover that grows well here. Takes well to abuse so I'm planning to add it to my grazing pen. Not going to feed it as a staple, just want to add as part of a varied diet.

Mine are leopards by the way.

Google says it is a cover crop for grazing animals with no adverse affects.

Thanks Yvonne G.

I tested and it seems the leopards like it, leaves and stalks.

As a general guide, would anything be okay to try if it's edible but still untested for torts? Some info about nutrition may be aimed at other animals so i always ask tortoise lovers first just to confirm.

I plan to plant a lot of variety but i dont want to post unnecessary topics.

Thank you. What I am trying to avoid is high oxalate content. But the info about it's moderate requirement for phosporus is promising, it may mean phosporus is not a dominant part of it's nutrient contents.
