Hello, I'm Molly and i have a young Russian tortoise called Elmo. As there is a field outside my house, Spring time brings a lot of new plants. I would love if anyone could identify these plants and tell me if tortoises can eat them:D:D20150413_174911000_iOS.png 20150413_174913000_iOS.png 20150413_174915000_iOS.png 20150413_174918000_iOS.png 20150413_174920000_iOS.png

#1 is Lesser celandine. It contains a mild toxin, especially after it starts to bloom. I would not feed it.
#2 is primrose. Not toxic, but my torts don't really like it.
#3 is Ivy-leaved speedwell. Edible.
I don't know the other two, sorry.

I have some edvice me personally have no clue what those are but I also now that most plants are safe for tortoises but I would not feed them to your tortoise because if you aren’t 100 percent on what they are don’t feed it to them it could harm them and have long time effects on them just keep asking questions on different threads and story pages and soon someone might be able to figure it out but don’t feed it to them for the time being 🙃
