Asian Titles - Hackers?

Why do these strange, long Asian looking titles for new posts sometimes appear? Are they hackers?

I've sent a copy/paste picture of one of the pages to Josh a couple different times asking if he could figure out a way to block them before they're able to post. No response from him. Their IP shows they're in China

It's spam. Spam is a constant battle. When we implement a new solution it often takes only 6-12 months for them to find a way around it. We're working on a solution but sometimes one gets through. I'd rather one get through than blocking someone who needs real help.

Those are the easy, obvious ones. Still written in Chinese symbols.
Most are fully translated and with false IP addresses
