Found this picture on a website recently but can't figure out which form this is

I will say p.pardalis, though it's only a guess. I can't see much of it's shell pattern there. Do you know where the picture was taken? It's wild, but looks to be in captivity. Is that asphalt in the bottom right?

it is too difficult to tell by a picture. We can't even get a size reference really. I will say if this is a Leo then is has really faded and dark coloring.

I can see the picture now, and it's hard to say on this one. I can see traits of both. The pattern looks like a pardalis leopard, but the coloring and shape look like babcocki.

Dennis, out of curiosity, how can you tell by the picture that it is wild?
