Morning everyone.
I don't know if you have Florette brands of mixed salads in the US but I noticed last night that they have brought out a new product in UK of Baby Kale leaves which the packet says are high in calcium. Decent weeds are getting harder to find especially as its almost dark when I get home, and not had much luck with my home grown (damn slugs!) so I'm looking for reasonable substitutes. I've read that Kale is OK in moderation so wondering if someone can please advise if the curly kale or baby kale variety would be better. Many thanks
