Basking light

Anyone recommend a good basking light? The one I have literally will not heat up my enclosure good enough. For some reason I can only get my enclosure to 85-90F and I need it to be around 90-95

What species? How are you housing it? Open top or closed chamber?

Are you talking about the basking temp directly under the bulb, or heating up the entire enclosure?
