Is it normal for a tort to stretch out all limbs including neck and open their mouths. Mine doesn't do it always just sometimes when basking

How's its bowel movements? Are they regular and of good consistency? Torts absorb UVB primarily through the skin which is why the stretch out during basking. Mine will occassionally open its mouth as well for a few seconds. It doesnt stay open very long though.That's good thank you. I thought it was a sign of an RI
Sounds good to me!Yes it doesn't stay open for more than 2 seconds. Bowel movements are regular like clockwork, poo being solid and glossy, urates being tooth paste texture. She has recently recovered from being dehydrated so I bathe everyday.
