Best organic potting mix for young plants

Ok so I am growing seeds in a seed starting mini greenhouse and they are outgrowing it. Now that it is time to put them in pots I need a good organic potting mix as these are going to be fed to the tortoises. Does anyone have any recommendations? I have a brown thumb so I'm trying to do this right.

I started mine in coco peat only, the outdoor one has organic soil+coco peat
