Here in the states, "Oak leaf" refers to a type of lettuce that is sometimes put into these lettuce mixes. Its to actual oak leaves from an oak tree and its not an ivy.

Forever. Lol jk. It lasts longer than I thought it would. I just sprinkle maybe a table spoon worth over the food per feeding. And that’s for a decent sized adult tortoise.

Yep, it sure is on the ingredients list. Oak leaf lettuce and red oak leaf lettuce. Learn something new every day. I have never seen it for sale on its own unless they just call it red leaf lettuce? Hmmm
