Best Substrate

Hey!

I have a Horsefield Tortoise (Teddy) and I just want to know the best substrate to use for her open top table. I'm currently using something that looks like wood chips, this was provided to me from the reptile shop I bought her from. There are so many different options and I'm unsure which is the best. Any advice would be much appreciated.
