Best tortoise table plants?

I'm new to the whole tortoise thing. We recently got a juvenile Hermanns tortoise(Speedy). We are in the process of building him a large tortoise table, and I'd love some ideas of what plants to put in there for decor but wont hurt him if he decides to nibble a little bit

Pothos, Spider plants, tortoise seed mixes. Just be prepared for them to knock over/trampled/much on all you add! I have a giant spider plant upstairs that proevides babies for torties to destroy

Thank you! He's pretty good about knocking his current decor around so I kind of expect it at this point
