Big problem !!

Hello everyone, this happened after the temperature was 27 celicius and it was very sunny, and then the day after it rained almost a whole day, so my tortoise couldn't go out and even thought that winter was coming and we were at the beginning of autumn . The next day, the Tortoise started acting weird, it had no appetite, it moved a lot and slept a little, I don't know why .
Knowing that I don't have heat lamps because in my city the sun is almost every day.

Not sure what your concern is about. However, you do need to set up a proper enclosure for those days that it's not warm enough outside.

I have a Greek tortoise (testudo graeca graeca) .As for my concern is the strange behavior that I have already mentioned briefly, it has never behaved like this before

Okay, what I am getting out of your first post, is she may be wanting to brumate. All species that brumate, are acting like yours. Not eating as much and wanting to sleep a lot
If you don't brumate, then you need to set her up a proper enclosure like I mentioned before that is bright and correct temps. This will keep her up when she can't go outside.

If your tortoise usually live outside and then had one day in the enclosure and now is outside again it could be the reaction on change. What are temperatures in the indoors enclosure and outside now?
