Transitioning Tortoise from Mazuri to more varied diet. He loves mazuri and i love to see him eat, but i wanted to move to a more balanced diet. been feeding him some hibuscus and dandelion greens and hes finally starting to eat it after a few days. Now when he sees me open his enclousure he charges towards me to bit my finger? does he think im a mazuri pellet?

If you hand-fed him, probably he gives you a hint that he wants more Mazuri or just hungry. Green leaves are less nutritious than Mazuri pellets so he may have some food cravings
