black head and neck tortoise

we found a tortoise. don't know age but head and neck is black. legs orange spots is this normal? it's a pretty good size about 5 to 6 inches. I don't know anything about them.

I'm thinking Redfoot. But then again, I ALWAYS think of Redfoot.
