Bright and spicy

hi there all

Have just bought some grow your own salad in a nice wooden pot, it is call "bright and spicy", it includes the following

Pak choy golden yellow
Mustard red frills
Greek Cress
Choy sum
Mizuna

what ever they are...lol
it was reduced and i liked the pot more then anything but my question is will the above be ok for my Russians to eat

I personally don't know about all of those, but since they are being sold to grow for humans to eat, then I would not hesitate to feed them to my Russians. Doesn't mean they will eat them, especially with the labeling containing the word, "spicy". :D As with any food, variety is good and so is limited amounts. Good luck with the growing.
