Bugs in Enclosure: Harmless?

Hey guys! I have an indoor enclosure that houses my ~8 mo leopard tortoise. I’ve had pesky gnats but those have died down. About a month ago, I started seeing small insects scurrying around on his wood hide only on the warm side. Now today there seems to be a lot. I see people talking about silverfish but I’m not sure that’s what I have. There doesn’t seem to be any on my actual tortoise itself. Any thoughts? Those tiny specks are the bugs. I can't tell from the picture, but my guess is they are springtails. You can look them up on Google, but they're harmless. They will eventually die off until they have reached a sustainable colony amount. You can change the substrate, but chances are they will come back.
