Hi all,

I have built my first ever Tortoise enclosure it’s 2mx2m has its own garden, water system, beach and hides

Wanted to see what peoples opinions are of it, it was a birthday present for Sheldon’s 3rd birthday.

He is a Hermann tortoise

It obviously has a light just took the pic before putting it on

Looks good! I would be worried of him eating the small green rocks. Only use rocks that are too big for him to swallow.

Thanks for the feedback, that’s useful he has had a bite towards them but then quickly realized they wasn’t food might be worth me investing in some bigger ones

Aw how lovelymy only word of advice would be to remove all the sand from that corner(it’s an impaction risk unfortunately) and make sure all that coir is damp and firmly packed down by hand, some looks a bit dry in the photo, an orchid bark layer on top might help
