I'm pretty tired of buying little tubs of calcium powder all the time. Anybody got a good source for bulk calcium? The health food store says calcium carbonate is a terrible constipator (never heard that), so they don't carry it.

They do have lots of calcium citrate, but I've never heard of that being used for reptiles. Anybody know if calcium citrate is okay to use?

I can special order large tubs of Rep-Cal, but that can get pricey.

I buy from this guy, in 5# bags...if you need larger quantities, I'd bet he'll accomodate you, as well as discounting somewhat.

No idea if it's much different than what Zouave found, though.
