Bump on tortoise head

My Sulcata has a bump on top of her head. It's been there a long time and she acts fine,but I don't think it's a normal bump.
Anyone know about this?

Probably should take him to a good reptile vet to see if it's an abscess.

It looks like an abscess. A vet could open it and drain it for you.
