Can Anyone ID this weed?

I have a big patch of it growing. Tortoises nor chickens seem to want too eat it.

Lol, I will try and get a couple more pics tomorrow.
All of it is the same plant. I don't know if the green leaves turn purple or if it just comes in with a mix of green and purple.
