Can anyone identify this tortoise

Got him a few days ago, was told her was a hermanns. While trying to Google which subspecies he is I realized he doesn't look like any of them.

He is supposed to be around 2-2.5 years old and supposedly a male.

Hello! To me it looks like Eastern Hermann's.

Can you tell his size and post a photo of plastron (bottom shell) and tail area? Better not to turn tortoise on its back, but hold it vertically to make a photo - this is less stressful.
