Can someone help me on this Plant?

I was told this is called heavenly bamboo? I'm don't know anything about this stuff except it grows really good where I live. Very tolerant of most anything. I don't ever use any pestasides or anything in my yard. Everything I do in my yard is natural and I do use compost that I make from my chickens and other yard wastes. Anyways I wanted to know about this plant: is this a toxic plant or are the berries it holds toxic for my tortise ( Sucata ). Also I was wondering if anyone knew if Forget me nots are toxic also?

I'm pretty sure that both of them are toxic.
