cant get humidity down

So I thought that the humidity would go down more, but it is staying at about 60 %

Should i switch to all orchard grass?

I was told about 40% was a good number for humidity

I believe that 40% humidity is much too low, especially for young tortoises. I've always kept young tortoises of most species somewhere in the range of 50-75%, ideally 60-65%.

Wow! I have a hard time getting it up in to the 20's. The grass is always greener...

I was thinking the same thing. Most of us complain abour low humidity. LOL

Ok, i just thought that i needed it lower for my leopard tortoise...

The laundry room is probably a factor... nice and warm room.
maybe try opening that lil' window by your washer and drier

actually the laundry room is kind of on the cool side and its cold outside..... I am just worried about RNS..
