While we are waiting on our next family member to arrive, I'll introduce you guys to my other kids! My husband and I don't have any human kids, but these are treated much better than most human kiddos! Opal is our 15.5 year old Italian Greyhound. Toby is our 3 year old red mackerel tabby Cornish Rex, Hollis is our 11 year old Tortoiseshell (no pun intended 😋) Cornish Rex.
I'm also a Wildlife Rehabilitator in North Carolina, so I thought I'd post a few of the cuties I've had recently. I'm going to take a break from rehabbing once we get our new baby tortoise as rehabbing along with a stressful full time job and helping my husband run his new business has been a LOT. That being said, it is very rewarding taking care of these orphaned, sick and injured little ones and getting to release them back into the wild.
