Just curious what everyone uses for substrate?. I don’t have the turtle yet but am slowly building its habitat. Will be a hatchling and I plan on using a paint tray for 1/2 the enclosure and land for the other 1/2 inside a 40 breeder to start out.
Was thinking a mix of cypress mulch, coir and maybe sphagnum moss.
