Clear jelly like discharge?

Hi so my 2 year old sulcata tortoise was sleeping and I noticed some clear, jelly like substance, almost like discharge? leaking out of where he normally pees/poops. I’ve never seen this so I was wondering if anyone knows what it is and if it’s normal.

No. That is not normal. Any other symptoms? How old and what size is the tortoise? Might be a young male starting to mature and get ready to evert the penis. Has the tortoise flashed you in a soak yet?

No other symptoms, eating, behaving, and pooping like normal. Just turned 2 and I wanna say 7 pounds maybe 8. Have not been flashed in a soak yet.
