Clicking?

So my tortoise has been making a clicking sound with his beak. I just want to know if this is normal or if something is wrong? Thanks!

No, russian tortoises usually don't click. Can you watch closely and see if the beak is catching?

nice looking baby you have there!!!! my sulcata and Russians have never made clicking noises.

Thanks! He seems to only do it while he is eating and sometimes after he yawns. It doesn't seem to hurt him. I thought maybe he was just trying to bite something better or chew his food?

Some sulcatas are noisy but that is not the norm. As long as he seems to be healthy and happy I wouldn't be concerned
