It's 330 am and thanks guys, now I'm starving!

superman stuff
After pressure washing 1 side of the house Fri, yesterday Kerry and I moved furniture & replaced a sheet of plywood flooring in my sunroom then I hopped on the roof to point up 1 of the chimney caps then pressure washed the green off the north face and then the entire roof of my glass sunroom.....1 handing the wand....either hand while balancing on the roof! Then I had to wash both decks, clean and put away the machine took a shower and went to the park with Kerry for a couple hours to ride scooters.

My Kerry is one tough girl....but she couldn't 1 hand the machine....with either hand. She was humbled.....LOL.

I don't get "wins" very often....

My transformer to fix my sound bar finally arrived yesterday. I think that will be a good, easy project for the day. Something relaxing....

I love big old torts....a beast among beasts!

I took a steak out for dinner, you guys fault. Kerry went home before the bridge traffic gets sketchy. We caulked 3 panels on the sunroom roof, the translucent ones before she left. She had ladder duty till I heard her smacking mosquitos, then I asked for some water to get her inside while I leapt up the ladder to knock it out. She caught me again but she appreciated me looking out for her. she gets worried when I get high............hmmm. I thought she was going to stroke out when I did my best Hammertime impression to warm up for my Cliffhanger impression on the roof yesterday....it really prob wasn't very good, maybe that was what she was upset about....couldn't really hear over the din of the machine. LOL My good knee is stressed today but everyone reading this knows I'm not saying a word, other than whining here.

I woke early so I repaired my soundbar at 4am and the new transformer DIY fix worked! I hadn't even tested it, "the internet told me what was wrong, and they were right". I was ready to rehang it when Kerry got up. Sweet! There's few speakers to equal Klipsch but I will never buy another one of their products. The stock transformer board had bandaids all over it...horrible QC by Klip!

Today is rest day for me. I did see the big lizard but she wasn't hungry. Tried to feed her and she walked behind my chair and pooped and peed....REALLY hon?

Took some pics of my hummingbirds;
It should be up in a few minutes.

Enjoy the day.......

LOL, don't give me too much credit M, I cheat and I have no shame about freely admitting it.

I use crack to accomplish superhuman feats.....you guys call it "Peanut butter and jelly sandwich". For me, it's like Popeye's spinach!

I'm not really sure my body could handle it if I stressed it the way I used to. Back in the day, I would have jumped to the ground just to surprise her....today, my knees would fold like tissue paper...."is it a bird, is it a plane, no it's a rock!" LOL

Kerry's presence is a good motivator for me, not that she nags or hassles but that she will jump in there to save me when I begin to get twitchy....like with the wood floor replacement. I have very human frailties when it comes to "wood"..in other words, it pi**'s me off to work with it. I also still "show off" for her....like a little boy.....so knocking out projects is one way.

It's nearly Labor day.....yesterday evening was "order grass seed" evening for both homes.
so;
Today is Poverty Monday

Last weekend in Detroit and cities that Woodward Ave goes thru. For years they had the Dream Cruise. All makes and models of cars cruise Woodward bumper to bumper, lots of old muscle cars.
This picture is taken today.
This is where the cars could legally do burnouts.

That's big event Ray.....wow~! A little 'net searching...1.5mil folks, 40,000 cars!

So, after whining to Kerry about being poor from the cost of grass seed yesterday, I went downstairs while talking with her on the phone......then I told her that God doesn't think I'm poor enough yet. She askes "what?" "My water heater tank is leaking honey"
It's 10 years old, Kerry helped me replace it.....it cost 369 back then...gas, 50 gal, high rec. Today it is 900. ouch. Tell me it ends, someone tell me that the bleeding ends at some point, please? LOL

Discover may as well carry my mortgage, because I clear my card each month, I pay them more than the Mortgage company! Yikes, maybe I could get cash back???? LOL

Yes it is a blast. There are people who have had the same spot to watch the cruise for years. You can walk from group to group. Most will offer you a beer and something to eat.
My son Joe has a 2007 Pontiac G8.
It was a go fast car from the factory. He chipped it, headers, magnaflo exhaust and a radical cam. So he puts some cheaper tires on the rear. So he can do burnouts at the cruise.
