Tough crowd.....but my vocabulary is from an obviously very old database. Think it's older than the DOS operating system. Maybe more like from the keypunch card era? LOL

Im up early but yesterday was "inventory day" in my vintage motorcycle shed. Not including tanks, seats, cylinders and heads yet, I have 135 different used parts and 65 different NOS( new old stock) parts, multiples of each totalling 1642 parts. I also have 2,334 individual tools and I counted each one! Whew..
Then I pulled eBay's records and downloaded purchase records for as far back as they went....2017 to document my costs. This isn't life changing but it's still a respectable sum and I want to minimize how much Lizardface in the governors office (have you seen our Gov?) gets for his "programs". LOL

On an upnote we got our electric bill yesterday! The total was $238 for keeping a 1700sf home with central AC as well as a upstairs window unit to keep the upper floor cooler, a 1050sf garage with a window unit & a dehumidifier AND a 240sf seperate shed with a window unit and a dehumidifier all cooled to around 72F.....while it was in the 90's outside last month. God bless our Co-op!

It was 10 C or 50 F this morning. I am afraid that Edwards days outside might be over for this year, or at least there aren't many to come. There might be some snow fall in northern Finland, but it might just be that it stays on the Sweden's side of the border.
With the rain, temps are dropping down to 9 C or about 48 F.

Good afternoon everyone!

Jacky's appointment went well and the vet said that she was in good condition although she had lost some weight because of climbing. Another appointment has been made for the 26th September to check that she is doesn't lose anymore weight before full hibernation. The bus ride back was longer than usual because the bus developed a high pitch noise and needed to be changed. I decided to walk the rest of the way so both of us are tired although we were only half a mile away from home.

Glad to hear of the health report. I weigh my kids every month or two, Seymour is nearly 10 pounds (4379g)
Bump and Sadie the Boxies are full grown and don't change much, as with Junior the Russian, But Matilda the lil Red-foot is still a growin girl (374g)
And PeeWee, well I need to get a cart, and haul his Arse to the vet, as they are the only ones around that might have a scale big enough for him...

We've been a bit chilly today too. It's down to around 75ยฐf at around 7 PM. So we may drop even more tonight. It's actually kinda normal for this time of year. August usually will have a cool down period but then we'll have an Indian summer.

I went to a new doctor today. He's an ENT specialist because of my shingles episode. He thinks I have a chance of getting some of my hearing back which is pretty good news but I just love him and did immediately. If I get one of those shirts maybe I'll wear it just to get his goat. There was a young intern with him. He's probably the only doctor I have that's around my age anymore. After I told him a bit of what I've been going through he told me I should ask for a refund. Oh my God I was dying laughing ๐Ÿคฃ
