Well there might be your problem in trying to get rid of it. You really need to try and find a way to get a full nights sleep every night. And then to take some nice brisk walks for exercise as well. That is a good start to battling it.I've not slept a whole night in 3 years. I have an ileostomy and have to get up a time or two at night to empty my bad. Right now im sleeping more but when school starts back ill be on 4 hours a night Monday - Thursday again.

Go for a walk during your lunch break while eating a sandwich. And get some sleeping tablets so that when you sleep you can sleep a deep sleep.My classes start at 8am and I work until 12 at night. So it's hard during the semester.
