I think all the planet's must have aligned just right today in front of everyone.....i can almost hear the angels singing! LOL

7/25/19 a date most have no clue about but is driving things today.

We had guests for dinner so we didn't go out to look at the sky.

This evening we are going to a play then spending the night at the White Swan where we got married last year. It's been a year tomorrow....wow that was fast!

Weather is cooling off again...tomorrow it won't get out of the 30's!

That's very cryptic Jeff. Tell us more about what makes today so special,

Good afternoon/morning all.
It's been a beautiful day here, very sunny and quite warm, although chilly out of the sun and frosty this morning.
I've spent most of the day in the garden and Lola found his sheltered spot and had his first long bask of the year in real sunshine.
It's set to last a good few days yet so we'll make the most of it.
I hope everyone is well and also enjoying good weather.

Beautiful crescent moon and the planets are still there but more scattered. Saturn seems to be clearer but Mercury and Neptune are even more distant.

I went out again, still could only see 4. No sign of the moon from my garden yet but it's a beautiful starry night.

Sapphire is still inside. Probably in March he'll finally get to go out. I love his first day out. I walk him outside and set him down in his yard. It's almost like he sighs and just relaxes. After he thoroughly enjoys that and basks, he'll pick himself up and start walking 😊🐢🐢🐢

If the door to the garden is and Lola's gate are open he will just wander in and out, even when it's been cold and wet but he just turns around and comes back in. He's a sensible tort.

Like Tim I secured Paramount 2 yrs ago but both of the last Star Trek renditions sucked so badly I was unable to watch. Come on, a show that would have us believe that such an emotionally broken crew could even start a star ship, much less be able to fly it? LOL it's my only subscription and it will run out next month...i won't renew.

Ray....i still haven't done my firesticks but i was told my cost will be 200 for 2 of them! I like your prices better!

Today is rear-brakes-on-daughters-car day! It's supposed to be 60F.....we might work outside!
I paid the one price upfront before. It was 150..00 for the year for the jailbreak firestick. The problem was after a yr I couldn't find the guy to do it again. Thought I would go with the month to month to avoid that.
The wife and I are in negotiations right now about the firestick. 🤣 I hope we can get back to the negotiating table soon.

Thanks for the heads up N! We saw several planets a few weeks back.....like 6 ..but I remember that the real show is this week!

Got the brakes done but couldn't get the rotors off. We did the pads and gave her the new rotors to take home. Her boyfriend knows someone who can install them. I didn't want to cause a major issue for her by messing it up. Retreating on the rotors lets her win another day when she gets them installed.

60F outside....wow!
I had rotors on a 93 grand prix that wouldn't break loss. I was hell bent on getting the break job done. When I had no luck heating up the rotors. I got the cutting torch out. A little tricks that has helped me. Smear some antiseize on the lug bolt flange before putting rotors on.
