Crying noise

Hi. I recently just completely redid my turtles tank and when I put him back in he was making these crying noises. I don't know if it was just because he was stressed or something serious like an infection. He was moving around a lot as well which makes me think it was just because of stress. Please help! I also have a video but can't seem to post it.

Hi. Can you tell us more about your turtle and how you keep him? How did you change his tank? Can you post pictures?

Are you sure the water isn't too hot or cold? Touch the water and be sure you are not getting a slight shock like a short in the heater or something.

Have you checked the electrical part of the setup? I agree with Wellington.
