So iv been using cypress mulch for my sulcatas and realized that it gets expensive at the pet stores. So I went to Home Depot yesterday and bought a HUGE bag for only $3! Now iv realized that the bag I bought says "Cypress Mulch Blend" is this still ok even though it's a blend? Any help would be great and thank you in advance!

Read the back ingredient list. What are the other blended ingredients? Then you'll know if it's ok.

$3 is great!

Thanks! I checked in the back but it doesn't give me any other ingredients. All it says is, "Timberline Cypress Mulch Blend"

I think it's okay. I use it. I thought it just meant it had the bark and inside of the tree mixed together but idk lol

Search around on this forum, there have been discussions about this before! I'm pretty sure the consensus was that the blend is OK.

I'm jealous! No hardware stores in the Boston area carry cypress mulch :(
