Dark green goo? Vomit?

Hey all. So I came home today and found this dark green substance in my Russian's tank. I have never seen or read about it, but we've only had her for about two months. Everything else seems okay, and she looks normal, but I'm not sure if this is a red flag.
The first picture is of the green stuff after I threw it outside and realized I should take a pic and ask about it here
