Just some brief info why this exciting. Dbts are not like a lot of other species which shed their scutes constantly and can see shedding within a little growth period. Female dbts usually don't see their first shed until approaching maturity and then usually shedding is once a year after that. Males can take years before you might see them shed.
Anyone way i saw a couple scutes at the bottom of the enclosure and saw they were a bit small so I traced it to my blue concentric. Very happy to her first shed, also you see patterns and coloring become much more refined after shedding. Ill update this topic once she fully sheds to show before and after.
