Deer Grazer Wildgame Mixture

Since my Sulcata chewed her pen down to the dirt, I was looking for something that I could plant that will grow now. At Walmart I found Deer Grazer Wildgame Mixture. It includes:
39.5% Wintergrazer 70 Rye
29.5% Wheat
14% Iron & lay Cowpeas
10% Browntop Millet
3% Haifa Clover
2% Inert Matter
1.75% Other Crop Seed
.25% Weed Seed

Can I use this for my tortoises?

Boy, that's an awful lot of grain! Rye may be OK, but the only other thing I see on there that looks good is a trace of clover.
