Desert or ornate box ? Please ID

Got this big girl from local reptile shop.looks totally different from the rest ornate box turtles there .
Is she a desert box or just a pale looking ornate ?

It's just a colorful three toe, but tell me, is the plastron totally bone color or does it have a pattern too? If pattern, then it may be a luteola. Will told me the other day that there is no more "luteola" designation. They've merged all the ornata together just like they did with the leopards. All one name now.

Looks like a normal ornate with an ever so slightly light carapace. Some are dark black with brilliant yellow stripes and some are brownish with...well, what you have.

I have a lot of three toes with that type of pattern on the carapace. The 'tell' will be the plastron. deserts will also have a pattern on the plastron, while three toes will have a plain bone color plastron.

Judging from the size I wonder if there's some gulf coast mixed in with that ornate from the western territory (so much easier to say luteola or western. Why do they have to mess with the names).
