I noticed this morning, when I went to go feed my Russian tortoise, what appears to be diarrhea. I have had Humphrey for about 7 years now and never seen him have diarrhea. He is about 12 years old. Should I change his diet? I plan to clean out his enclosure this weekend. And will soak him tonight when I get home from work. Should I look for anything or do anything else, before having to bring him to a vet?

I’d keep a close eye sounds like possibly a parasite or could he have gotten into anything he shouldn’t? Warm soaks will be beneficial but if diarrhea continues see a vet.
Thanks. Looks like he's eating and he pooped normal when I gave him a soak, so maybe just an upset tummy. But I will definitely keep an eye on him.
