Diarrhea

Tank has had diarrhea twice now within a week. I am not really sure what is causing it because I haven't changed his diet although when I bought his bag of greens from the grocery store I did buy a different variety but I thought it was pretty much the same as the spring green mix. Has anybody experienced their tortoise having diarrhea? Do you think it could be the different greens causing it?

My tort had this and it was parasites. Not saying that's what it is, but with my tort this was the case. Got it cleared up its quick easy and cheap.

Greens from spring mix shouldn't cause loose stool. Does he have access to water? Summer heat and dehydration can cause this. Especially feeding a thick stem green with a good amount of water in them. So how's his water intake?

I never really see him drink. I have a couple times over a month ago. But I soak him every day for half an hour. He just got his feeding tube out about a week ago.
