So I just got a Russian tortoise and I wanted to know what is the best things to feed her . I've been feeding her cabbage is that ok

Cabbage is not okay. Once in a while a little bit of cabbage is fine, but the diet should primarily be broadleaf weeds. Certain leaves and flowers are good too. Here is a thread that lists all sorts of good foods. I wrote it for sulcatas, so ignore the part about the grass. Russians don't need or want a whole lot of grass.
