Can anyone explain to me the different subspecies of leopards? I was told I have the "smaller" type of leopard tortoise.

I attached a picture below of my male tort, who was said to be around 4 or 5 years old. He is 9" long. Does that sound right or is he possibly older?

Thanks!

Thats definitely a babacocki and he could be 4 or 5 or he could be older you have to know when they hatch to really know for sure.

They have babacocki leos & pardalis pardalis p.p Leos, which are refered to giant
they typically get larger and weigh a little more, and their diest consist of more grass then babacocki's..
