Don't know if this one's been ID'ed

I found this growing this past spring and was curious if anyone knows what it is? It is pretty strong smelling up close, my greeks devoured it. I live in Phoenix and never saw it before. I did plant a bunch of Russian Tortoise Seed Mix from Carolina Pet Supply and don't know if it was from a seed in the mix or what.

I thought it was pineapple weed too, but the scientific name I found is Chamomilla suaveolens.

Whatever it is, all my torts eat it in moderation. They never pig out and gorge on it, but they always eat some of it. Been eating it for many years.
